Once the original project, the ontic In-itself of the subject has been identified, how can we educate them? Should be able to identify what are the existential and practical steps to be done for the evolution of In ontic self in practice. Making education real means to make "real" educators.
In our opinion, to raise awareness of the educational process on the root causes of the formation of stereotypes, is to begin to utenticare educators. In other words, make them equal to themselves, consistent with the order in which nature has placed in that identification. Only after doing this it is possible to provide an education free from stereotypes and based on the recognition of the value of every child. In fact, only one operator is real healthy and able to operate this award, and allow the child to "learn and make himself" according to his plan of nature.
